How did the book Catch 22 get its name?

Hi from today onwards planning to do blogging regularly ...but am not sure what to write .....so just planning to hold regular quizzing session ...so if any body interested can answer these questions

Born in austria he was a Worshipper of Hitler . Chasing the great american dream he landed in Newyork.In his first Movie he changed his surname to Stang ; As his real surname was too tough to pronounce . He once had to surgically reduce his biceps as they were so bulgy that he could not use fork to eat as his hand would not bend that much.He is presently married to the heiress of a ketchup company .
